**Maintenance Equipment Specialist Role Overview**This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art production facility.As a Maintenance Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities, meeting production targets and output requirements.
  1. Proactively maintain production equipment and facilities to ensure they meet production targets and output requirements.
  2. Complete start-up and shut-down operations, and provide day-to-day production support.
  3. Participate in the planned maintenance program using advanced computerized maintenance management systems.
  4. Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  5. Uphold a high standard of safety and safe working practices across all work areas.
Key responsibilities include maintaining production equipment and facilities, completing start-up and shut-down operations, and providing day-to-day production support. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to troubleshoot and solve problems, and possess excellent communication skills.Requirements and Skills
  • Fitter qualification is essential.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to proactively plan and manage workload effectively.
  • Solid physical capability.
