Job Opportunity: Equipment Customer Service Expert

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This includes instructing and demonstrating the safe use of equipment, performing pickups and deliveries, and maintaining the high standard and quality of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver expert advice and assistance to customers on the safe use of equipment
  2. Perform pickups and deliveries of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading equipment safely
  3. Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
  4. Maintain the quality and cleanliness of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs
  5. Perform cleaning of facilities and maintenance of equipment as required
  6. Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after hire

Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
