About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships to secure employment opportunities for participants in our Disability Employment Program.

A successful candidate will possess exceptional drive, a strong desire for success, and experience in sales, business development, account management, and/or outbound calling. You will collaborate closely with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment, develop and maintain employer and community networks, and negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements.

Key Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Holding a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
