We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, aiming to secure long-term job placements for participants in our Disability Employment program.

A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining strong connections with employers and communities, as well as collaborating closely with employment consultants to ensure successful job placements.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and current employers
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote job seekers to prospective employers
  • Work collaboratively with the employment team to identify suitable job opportunities for participants
  • Negotiate with employers to secure job placements
