The Role
Top End Aboriginal Health Research Alliance (TEAHRA) is an NHMRC-accredited Research Translation Centre based in the Top End of the Northern Territory and is a collaboration between Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, NT Government, Research and Education Institutions, and funders. TEAHRA's purpose is to facilitate Aboriginal-led research that makes a difference to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people in the Top End. Menzies is the TEAHRA administering partner and employing agency.

As a leader in global and tropical research into life-threatening illnesses, Menzies continues to translate its research into effective partnerships and programs in communities across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

This position is based in Darwin with some travel to remote communities across the Top End of the Northern Territory by air or road.
About You
You're a motivated and skilled professional with tertiary qualifications in business administration, management, or policy related fields, or extensive experience working in board governance, senior executive management or administration is highly regarded.
You also bring
- Strong organisational and Coordination skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Motivation, be able to work independently and in a team, and be flexible.

The Benefits
- Base Salary $114,014 - $124,170 per annum, pro-rata (Total remuneration package including superannuation $140,169 - $151,747 per annum, pro-rata).
- Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum and $2,650 meal and entertainment card tax free.
