Job Description

The Head of Learning and Development is a strategic role that drives business growth, leader development, and a culture of continuous learning. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver impactful leadership and capability programs.

About You
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in learning and development roles, ideally in a professional services or complex corporate environment.
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of leadership development and adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful leadership and capability programs.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams.
