Job Title: Training and Development Specialist
Are you looking for a challenging role in training and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Specialist to join our team.
\This is a unique 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of our clients.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with subject matter experts to source and package enterprise training material;\
- Develop and maintain a training plan that aligns with project success and effectiveness criteria;\
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions;\
- Design and develop training content and materials (e.g. user guides, videos, FAQs).\
