Learning and Development Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking multiple Learning & Development Officers for a unique 6-month contract opportunity.

The selected candidate will be responsible for liaising with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to source and package enterprise training material. They will also need to understand training requirements and approaches for Onboarding and Train the Trainer programs, as well as develop and maintain a training plan that aligns with project success and effectiveness criteria.

Additionally, they will conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions, and design and develop training content and materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with SMEs and stakeholders to source and package training material.
  2. Understand training requirements and approaches.
  3. Develop and maintain a training plan.
  4. Conduct training needs assessments.
  5. Design and develop training content and materials.

This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Candidates may be considered for permanent roles if positions become available in the future.
