Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the development and delivery of training programs for our engineering team. As an Engineering Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training courses, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering training programs for engineers
  • Conducting needs assessments and analyzing training data
  • Liaising with subject matter experts to ensure course currency and development
  • Drafting and updating training guides and manuals
  • Maintaining training records and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification in adult education)
  • An Aircraft Maintenance Trade or CASA Part 66 Cat B licence
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to design and implement training packages
  • Strong computing skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize work commitments
  • Recent experience developing and delivering engineering related training courses
  • Thorough understanding of CASR Parts 145 and 147
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Authoring Software
  • Experience with Embraer E190 and Fokker F70/100 (highly desirable)
