Job Title: Training Development Specialist

A key role in the development and delivery of training programs across state government agencies.

This involves engaging with stakeholders, developing and coordinating training materials, and facilitating workshops to achieve identified outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective training and engagement activities to various stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders through effective communication, advocacy, collaboration, and negotiation techniques.
  • Manage work activities according to schedule demands, organizing stakeholders through physical and virtual meetings.
  • Plan and undertake training needs analysis, training plans, and delivery, managing related registers and plans.
  • Apply high-level time management and organizational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • At least five years' demonstrated application of training development and delivery.
  • Expertise in eLearning development, including end-to-end design, authoring, and deployment using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
  • Strong video content creation skills, including scripting, recording, editing, and producing engaging learning videos.
  • Instructional design capability, with a sound understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to both in-person and online learning experiences.
