Training Development Specialist

The Training and Development unit focuses on designing and implementing training strategies to support contemporary volunteer services.
About the RoleAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for effective training curricula design, development, and review. This involves working closely with stakeholders across areas, districts, and regions to ensure industry standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing, evaluating, and reviewing training content to ensure currency and alignment with national competency frameworks.
- Supporting training projects through planning, development, implementation, review, and evaluation.
- Applying adult education principles and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Creating interactive training products using contemporary e-Learning tools.
- Researching organisational policies and industry standards to inform curriculum content.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of volunteers or experience working within volunteer organisations.
