About the Role
Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a cutting-edge facility providing enhanced healthcare options in Queensland.
The project delivers a state-of-the-art three-storey facility situated on Botany Drive, South Ripley, adjacent to the existing Satellite Health Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced pharmacy expertise encompassing health systems, computer proficiency, medical terminology, and general medical knowledge.
- Maintain effective communication, supervision, and liaison with staff in a complex work environment.
- Initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives under pharmacist guidance.
- Offer a defined range of advanced pharmacy services to individuals with varying health literacy levels, under pharmacist oversight.
- Stay current with high-level knowledge of pharmacy funding mechanisms, clinical trials management, good manufacturing practices, and Australian pharmacy professional standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Meet vaccination requirements for specified vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in relevant health directives.
