Display Home Marketing Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Hosting guests in a display home
- Managing weekly reports and maintaining cleanliness of the display home
- Liaising with contractors for maintenance tasks
- Providing customer service and representing the company
- General reporting to the sales manager
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Creating social media content
- Selecting media from a gallery
- Writing captions and creating story content
- Curating and scheduling content calendars
- Maintaining an eye on social media trends
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of online and social media marketing
- Tech-savviness
- At least 2 years of experience in social media roles
- Impeccable language and grammar skills
- A keen eye for detail
