Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a senior leader in the Operations Department.

The role plays a key leadership position, supporting our strategic priorities of performance improvement and service delivery excellence.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Operations Team, which comprises portfolio-based teams with portfolio leads and key liaison contacts.
