Business Growth Manager

This is a rare opportunity to take your insurance career to the next level by joining our thriving business division. We are growing and seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established portfolio, generate new business and drive revenue growth.
As a results-driven individual, you will protect, maintain and grow relationships with clients and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Providing outstanding client service while building strong working relationships
- Negotiating with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Maintaining a proactive sales pipeline
- Managing compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships
To be successful in this role, you must be a high performer who can demonstrate significant portfolio growth. You should also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, have excellent organisational and time management skills, and possess sound general insurance technical ability.
Tier 1 broking qualification is essential.
