Requirements:
  • Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage staff performance to achieve business objectives.
  • A successful track record in sales mentorship, having implemented strategies to drive business growth and exceed targets.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending, with a deep understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • A solid grasp of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework, enabling informed decision-making.
  • The ability to drive operational efficiencies, maintain high standards of compliance, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of retail branch operations, including sales processes, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
