Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Manager to join our team in Ballarat, Victoria.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building professional relationships with business partners and providing holistic business solutions.

  • Manage direct banking and product requests for small business customers.
  • Perform credit analysis and approve lending requests within your authority.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters and manage customer portfolio risk and compliance.
  • Work as part of a local banking team supporting local business customers.
