YOU | As key driver of growth, you will take ownership of business development by directly engaging with businesses in your network and the wider community. You will establish and nurture credible, long-term relationships, ensuring positive customer outcomes while representing the organisation with professionalism and expertise. The successful candidate will bring:


• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business through first-party engagement and direct client acquisition.


• An in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Victoria's small-to-medium businesses.


• Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to build and sustain meaningful professional relationships.


• Experience in commercial lending and financial analysis.


• Proven success in business development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets.


• A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (highly regarded).
