About the Role:The successful candidate will perform various administrative and clerical duties including word processing, maintaining email and computerized records, filing, and record management.
- Administrative support to the ELC Director and Registrar with tasks such as enrolment processes.
- Organizing group meetings, morning teas, parent meetings, and external meetings.
- Operate office equipment such as telephones, photocopiers, printers, fax machines, binding machines, and scanners.
The following are some key responsibilities of the Early Learning Centre Administration Support role:
- Perform administrative and clerical duties, including word processing, maintaining email and computerized records, filing, and record management.
- Organize group meetings, morning teas, parent meetings, and external meetings.
- Operate office equipment such as telephones, photocopiers, printers, fax machines, binding machines, and scanners.
- Support the ELC Director and Registrar with administrative tasks and assist with enrolment processes.
- Manage family fee processes, including remissions and child care subsidies, and reconcile monthly accounts.
