Key Responsibilities:

The following are some key responsibilities of the Early Learning Centre Administration Support role:

  1. Perform administrative and clerical duties, including word processing, maintaining email and computerized records, filing, and record management.
  2. Organize group meetings, morning teas, parent meetings, and external meetings.
  3. Operate office equipment such as telephones, photocopiers, printers, fax machines, binding machines, and scanners.

  5. Manage family fee processes, including remissions and child care subsidies, and reconcile monthly accounts.
