Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to fill a Full-Time Receptionist position at our patient-focused practice.

The ideal candidate will be part of a close-knit team, enjoy variety in their day-to-day tasks and opportunities to learn, and the satisfaction of helping patients have a positive dental experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression at the front desk
  • Manage appointment bookings, coordinate the daily schedule, assist patients over the phone, and process payments
  • Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
Requirements
  • Must hold a current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain; experience in reception or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive attitude
  • Confident communicator with high-level customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and proven computer skills
