About the Role

  • Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current WWCC or willingness to obtain; experience in reception or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a proactive attitude
  • Confident communicator with high-level customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and proven computer skills
