Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Maven Dental Port Lincoln. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and manage their booking experience with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, assist patients over the phone, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presented in a professional manner at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Requirements:

  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
  • Prior experience in a reception or customer-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, high-level customer service skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and proven computer skills.
