Product Leadership Opportunity

As a Product and Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the system-level design of our quantum magnetometry device. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product milestones.

  • 10+ years experience in systems engineering for high-tech hardware products.
  • Proven track record delivering functional prototypes into field use.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers and partners, translating requirements into technical specifications and product milestones.
  • Experience managing project timelines, risk, and resources in complex technical programs.
  • Experience in applied sensing technology, ideally in navigation, mineral resource discovery, or medical imaging.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interdisciplinary communication and be able to bridge the gap between physics, engineering, software, and commercial needs.
