We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to drive the development lifecycle and manage a small, high-performing engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to build a scalable, reliable platform and work closely with management, sales, and operations to deliver features that matter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide a small engineering team to deliver a scalable, reliable platform.
- Own end-to-end technical architecture and development across front-end, back-end, devops, and data.
- Work closely with management, sales, and operations to build features that matter.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of software development experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong full-stack skills: ReactJS, Node.JS, SQL (Postgres or MySQL), REST APIs, cloud-native architecture (ideally AWS).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, version control, and devops workflows.
- Previous leadership experience (formal or informal), ideally in a startup or scale-up.
