Job Description:

The role of a Systems Engineering Manager is a pivotal position within our defence project. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams in assigned tasks, conducting requirements analysis, and developing functional and physical solutions.

You will work closely with integrated product teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of related engineering programs. Additionally, you will provide engineering leadership to engineering and technician teams, prepare for, direct, and participate in key engineering reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree in relevant field
  • Experience in design and implementation of Defence and/or Commercial communication networks or similar complex electronic systems
  • Experience working within a Systems Engineering lifecycle
  • Authoring/reviewing technical documentation
  • CPEng status as a member of Engineers Australia
  • Use of requirements management tools such as DOORS
