
Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to champion business growth, drive sales, and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery & A & D space.
The primary objective of this full-time permanent role is to identify and implement new business opportunities, manage client relationships, collaborate with customers to meet their evolving needs, and conduct strategic planning & market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and leverage new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Kitchen Designer, Custom Joinery & A & D space.
- Collaboration with Customers: Work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs, provide ongoing sales training, and track customer referrals into our network.
- Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market knowledge, partner with suppliers for training events, and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
