Job Title: People Operations Specialist

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Human Resources leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for people.

  • Strategically partner with site leadership to drive HR solutions that support operational goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned to the company's core values.
  • Oversight of ER/IR matters, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union interaction.
  • Implement HR strategies, frameworks, and metrics that drive performance and accountability.
  • Provide coaching to senior leaders and build capability across departments.
About This Opportunity:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally in mining, construction, manufacturing, or other heavy industries.
  • Strong ER/IR expertise, including enterprise bargaining and union interaction.
  • Proven leadership experience – able to coach, mentor and drive performance in teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
