You will partner with site leadership to deliver solutions that support operational goals, lead and develop a high-performing team, drive culture and engagement initiatives aligned to the company's core values and framework.

  • Strategically plan and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and metrics that drive performance and accountability.
  • Provide coaching to senior leaders and build capability across departments.
  • Develop and manage the overall direction of the HR function.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal HR standards.

About You:

You are an experienced professional with a passion for people and the confidence to influence across all levels.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior role, ideally in mining, construction, manufacturing, or other heavy industries.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and industrial relations.
  • Proven leadership experience – able to coach, mentor and drive performance in teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach.
