  • Oversee ER/IR matters, including negotiations and union engagement.

  • Provide coaching to senior leaders, enhancing capability across departments.
About You

You are an accomplished HR expert with a passion for people and influence across all levels. You thrive in fast-paced operational settings and bring a collaborative approach to leadership.

To succeed, you will possess:

  • Advanced qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably in mining, construction, manufacturing, or other heavy industries.
  • Strong ER/IR expertise, including enterprise bargaining and union interaction.
  • Proven leadership experience – able to coach, mentor, and drive performance in teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
