Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our team in developing and delivering strategic conservation programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating projects, providing expert advice, and ensuring the successful implementation of our conservation initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and delivery of conservation programs, including stakeholder liaison and engagement. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and efficient delivery of high-quality outcomes.

To achieve this, you will need to possess a sophisticated knowledge of ecological and environmental science disciplines, as well as experience in project management and coordination. Your expertise in biodiversity offsetting and conservation planning will be essential in identifying and implementing strategic conservation programs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be critical to the success of our team.
