Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships, staying attuned to customer objectives, and leveraging our innovative technology to transform the way individuals and businesses interact with contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build rapport, and a strong drive for results. They will also be able to analyze data to improve customer experience and engagement, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to maximize customer renewals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute customer-centric strategies and drive business growth.
  • Analyze customer data to inform product development and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into new regions or use cases.
