Strategic HR Partner

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and seasoned Strategic HR Partner to join a high-performing team within a consumer goods company. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver impactful HR support and contribute to the development and execution of the company's global People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with People Managers to drive high performance, engagement, and effective change management initiatives.
  • Coach managers across various HR pillars: Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Development, and Organisational Growth.
  • Lead and implement global and local HR initiatives, processes, and tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Facilitate training programs and source development solutions aligned with organisational needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employment legislation and employee relations matters.
  • Drive talent management strategies including onboarding, retention, and development programs.
