Job Title: Strategic HR Partner for Business Success

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional with strong operational skills and Employee Relations expertise to drive business success as a trusted advisor.

This is a critical role that supports leaders across the organisation, ensuring best-practice HR delivery while leading and managing Employee Relations matters including workplace investigations, strategic support, enterprise bargaining, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and senior leaders to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Support organisational development, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Lead recruitment efforts for senior roles and provide input into remuneration and benchmarking decisions
  • Contribute to employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning strategies to enhance organisational capability
  • Assist with the delivery of HR projects, including change initiatives and policy reviews, to drive business growth and improvement
  • Support Employee Relations matters, award and agreement interpretation, and workplace policies to ensure compliance and best practice

Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience in a matrix environment, with a strong track record of driving business results
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational Human Resources and employee relations activity
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues
