  • Establish clear objectives, strategies, and metrics to drive overall business performance, overseeing complex marketing programs and building Marketing function capabilities across the region.
  • Cultivate engagement and advocacy by empowering local marketing teams, organizing events, facilitating audience forums, collaborating with executive boards, and sharing best practices related to brand asset development.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role within a large conglomerate.
  • Proven track record of driving marketing efforts across multiple countries and regions.
  • Strong proficiency in budget planning, P&L management, marketing expertise, and digital transformation.
