We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive regional growth through strategic leadership and innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market insights to inform strategy and content.
  • Prioritize marketing efforts aligned with commercial objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Foster collaboration between regional business leaders and global marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that meet local market demands.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and compliance requirements.
  • Craft sales materials and positioning strategies that resonate with regional audiences.
  • Support high-impact initiatives like RFPs and client retention efforts.
  • Drive engagement through conferences and trade forums.
  • Oversee the execution of regional marketing plans and localization efforts.
  • Empower country marketers with necessary tools and support.
  • Liaise between Growth Marketing and local teams for campaign readiness.
  • Coordinate inputs across functions to deliver strategic, compliant campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing with strong focus on digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics.
  • 6 plus years' consumer marketing experience including product positioning, promotions, campaigns, and sales across multiple channels.
  • Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen: using data to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously optimize performance.
  • Excellent people skills: ability to build relationships, navigate and leverage cross-functional teams and internal/external resources.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed environments.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with complex and changing market dynamics.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
