Specialized Roasting Professional

Role Overview

This is a full-time, fixed term contract with an immediate start. You'll ensure our production space runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
  • Pack coffee beans and gain entry-level roasting fundamentals (with training and support provided)
  • Drive and deliver beans to customers across Sydney, ensuring efficient logistics, safe handling, and great communication
  • Maintain a meticulous hygiene standard in the roastery and warehouse
  • Support daily roastery operations that keep production moving on time and to a high standard

About You

Ideally, you'll come from a roastery, distribution, warehouse or barista background. You'll need:

  • A friendly manner and great communication
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • A full driver's license (forklift license is an added bonus)
  • Warehouse, logistics or coffee experience is a plus
  • Any trade, technical or mechanical experience would be amazing

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a high level of quality control.
