Coffee Roaster Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule.

This role involves working closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile
  • Minimise wastage
  • Follow Safety and Quality protocols
  • Learn about coffees (origins, roast profiles, tastes) from our experts and participate in regular cupping sessions

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to quality
  • The ability to focus well and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • The physical fitness to lift up to 24 kg
