Commercial Nut Roasting Assistant Opportunity">

Nut roasting is a meticulous process that requires great care and attention to detail. As a Commercial Nut Roasting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the traditional roasting of gourmet nuts, beans, grains, seeds, and dried fruits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in roasting an array of delicious, mouthwatering nuts including cashews, almonds, pistachios, and macadamias.
  • Carry out food safety handling and OHS procedures to ensure nut quality is maintained.
  • Packaging the divinely roasted nuts.
  • Heavy lifting will be required, max. 25kg.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Hard working, committed, presentable, and with a positive 'can do' attitude.

Benefits:

  • Pay: From $25.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: No more than 40 per week.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift.

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required).
