Job Description

The Senior Communication and Content Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the public image of Monash University by developing and implementing effective communication and content strategies. This includes overseeing the university's digital presence, creating engaging content for various platforms, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver impactful events and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan that aligns with Monash University's strategic goals.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Creative Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit engaging content for print and digital formats, ensuring consistency with Monash University's brand voice and tone.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for university events and projects, enhancing their visibility and impact.
  • Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
