The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist and Engagement Specialist to join our team at Monash University. This is an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content and drive impactful communication strategies.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BehaviourWorks Australia's communication and content plan, aligning with our strategic goals. You will cultivate a robust network of contacts to source content and promote BehaviourWorks Australia's thought leadership, research, and achievements.

You will oversee BehaviourWorks Australia's digital presence, including our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning. Your creative skills will shine as you plan, write, and edit a variety of materials for print, digital, and social media, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for BehaviourWorks Australia events and projects. You will also implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
