We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Content Coordinator and Communication Specialist to join our team at Monash University.

About the Role

As a Sr. Communication and Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Plan, write, and edit various materials for print, digital, and social media platforms, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee Monash University's digital presence, including our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning.
  • Network Building: Cultivate a robust network of contacts to source content and promote Monash University's thought leadership, research, and achievements.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for university events and projects.
  • Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
