Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Communication and Content Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating our brand, driving impactful communication strategies, and engaging our diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and content plan, aligning with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Network Building: Establish and maintain a robust network of contacts to source content, promote our thought leadership, research, and achievements.
  • Content Management: Oversee our digital presence, including our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning.
  • Creative Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit a variety of materials for print, digital, and social media, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for our events and projects.
  • Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of our communication strategies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communication and content coordination, with a focus on strategic planning and network building.

  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to plan, write, and edit a variety of materials.
  • Experience with digital content management, including website, intranet, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytics skills, with the ability to implement reporting frameworks and measure campaign effectiveness.
