About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in crafting compelling content and driving impactful communication strategies. They will be responsible for developing and implementing BehaviourWorks Australia's communication and content plan, aligning with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with Monash University's goals and objectives.
  • Network Building: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to source high-quality content and promote BehaviourWorks Australia's thought leadership.
  • Content Management: Oversee Monash University's digital presence, ensuring engaging and informative content across all platforms.
  • Creative Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit a range of materials for print, digital, and social media, including reports, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective communication plans for university events and projects.
  • Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the success of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
