Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client and customer service by responding to inquiries and welcoming clients at reception
  • Manage the office and provide support to internal stakeholders
Administrative Tasks
  • Work with the Client Service Centre team on administrative tasks, including:
    • Rescheduling clinical appointments
    • Creating client files and booking initial appointments
    • Liaising with clients and clinicians regarding files & bookings
    • Assist with clinical case management administration of client files
Additional Duties
  • Manage site reception area
  • Support the Service Delivery Manager with clinical schedules
  • Purchase and maintain stationery and business equipment
  • Attend to security passes and keys, whilst also maintaining relevant databases
  • Assist with collecting and distributing mail to and from the post office
  • Liaise with the IT Service Desk to maintain functionality of electronic office equipment on site
  • Scheduling, set-up and pack-up of meeting rooms, Board Room and catering where required
