On-Site Coordinator

Site Management Role:

As a skilled site manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering on-site project works and events across the region. Working closely with operations managers and project managers, your primary objective will be to ensure seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

This is a challenging role that requires a hands-on approach, practical skills, and an ability to think critically in fast-paced environments. You will be working closely with our teams to manage day-to-day operations, supervise crews on site, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Supervise and co-ordinate on-site works for events and projects
  • Ensure all work meets compliance and safety requirements
  • Manage Health and Safety procedures and protocols on site
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver to scope
  • Resolve site issues and manage stock counts and discrepancies
  • Identify ways to improve site efficiency and performance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a site-based role – e.g., leading small teams, working in equipment hire, events, construction or similar
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements and ability to lead risk assessments
  • Confident managing subcontractors and leading from the front
  • A can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Practical problem-solving ability with a focus on outcomes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Valid Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence (essential)
  • MR Truck Licence (desirable)
  • Construction White Card (essential)
  • Working with Children's Check (or ability to obtain)
