Job Role

Coordinating Property agreements within your allocated region. Key Responsibilities include reviewing and creating briefing notes, ensuring lease and legal agreements are current, managing landlord responsibilities, and maximising tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a small team of property coordinators;
  • Reviewing and creating briefing notes according to procedures and updating records;
  • Ensuring lease and legal agreements are current and up-to-date;
  • Managing TfNSW landlord responsibilities as required; site visits, condition reports, tenancy negotiations (rent reviews, obligations and risks);
  • Managing Master Deed for Access agreements and requirements;
  • Maximise tenant satisfaction;
  • Establishing and maintaining strong work relationships with all key stakeholders;
  • Providing input and assistance in updating and training property documented procedures;
  • Providing support for all internal and external reporting as required, including ad-hoc requests;
  • Coordinating and reporting asset issues with UGLRL facilities maintenance team as required;
  • Ensuring that all property management activities are carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans.

A Certificate or Diploma in Property Management or Building Sciences is required along with two years' experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment. Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
