We are currently installing a large-scale automated racking system in Mooreback, Sydney. Sun Engineering team are seeking support and assistance from an experienced Site Coordinator.

**Here's some of what the position entails**:

- Roster management for all project personnel.
- Accommodation management for all project personnel.
- Onboarding of all project personnel as per the group's onboarding requirements.
- Managing the issuing of Workwear clothing and PPE as per the EBA.
- Maintaining and updating Employee File and IM profile and uploading and maintaining qualifications in IM register.
- Data capture for weekly reports.
- Collation of timesheets.
- Provide progress information for incorporation into project reports.
- General site administration duties.

- Excellent computer skills.
- Advance administrative skills.
- Valid White Card.
- Own transport and vehicle.
- Immediate start.
