Enterprise Client Advocate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Proactively identify and address client needs through proactive communication and collaborative efforts
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress, share best practices, and explore opportunities for growth
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client health metrics and proactively engage with at-risk accounts to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing client relationships
