The Senior Public Policy Liaison will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive government relations and public affairs strategies that enhance safety, innovation, and industry best practices.
- Maintaining awareness of the political and legislative process, including working with/within government or a government agency
- Promoting initiatives and policies by building and maintaining strong relationships with key Ministerial contacts, Members of Parliament, government departments, agencies, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies
Key skills required include a deep understanding and interest in the political and legislative process, as well as experience in developing and executing successful government relations and public affairs strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
With a proven track record in policy development and implementation, the successful candidate will drive positive change and contribute to the enhancement of public policy in Australia.
