Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for supporting the growing customer base of a global HCM solutions provider. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients to ensure maximum value from our solutions.
  • Identify and address client needs through proactive engagement and tailored support.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress, share best practices, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor client health metrics and engage proactively with at-risk accounts to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional services that align with client goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with Human Capital Management technology or selling into HR departments is highly valued.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities, with a resilient and collaborative team player mindset.
